    Andrew is the owner of ServiceMaster Clean Devon and our sister company Oakwood Floor Care. They carry out the professional cleaning and restoration of carpets, hard floors and sanding of wood floors. ServiceMaster Clean specialise in advising companies on the best method of maintaining their floor and implementing floor care programmes.

    Ann Riley

    Ann works for the Environment Agency as Team Leader of a waste team that covers both Devon and Cornwall. Her role includes working with businesses to promote sustainability and encourage resource efficiency. She is also a director of the Devon Environmental Business Initiative (DEBI).
  • Caroline Angas

    Caroline Angas

    Caroline works for Peninsula Enterprise and is Team Leader for the Improving Your Resource Efficiency service. Caroline works with a team of 4 Environmental Business Advisers who deliver this European Funded service across Devon and Somerset helping small and medium sized enterprises to improve their resource efficiency. The service is tailored to clients needs and offers 12 hours of free and impartial specialist environmental support.

    Chris Lorimer

    Chris Lorimer is the Chair of ESBN. He is a management and organisational consultant who specialises in supporting businesses to grow sustainably, with clients ranging from Property Consultants, Banks, and Colleges to Boat Builders and Freight Forwarders. Previously a bank executive and a Deputy Principal in a Devon College, he has developed interests in education, sustainability and transport. He is a member of Exeter’s Growth Board, a Director of Exeter Chamber of Commerce and the business ambassador for the WESC Foundation. He is also a passionate Exeter Chiefs Supporter.

    ESBN is a sub-group of Exeter Chamber of Commerce and Industry . We support our 500+ business members with marketing & networking ops, info & training services and political lobbying. Lisa Vanstone and Jennifer Byrne provide administration, pr, marketing and event organisation support to the ESBN Steering Group.

    Gabriel Wondrausch

    Gabriel founded SunGift in 2005, years in advance of the current renewables boom. His vision was to build a business with strong ethical foundations, a friendly atmosphere and above all, a high level of expertise. Gabriel began by qualifying as a renewables installer. This was to ensure that he had the practical grounding, as well as the business acumen, required to create a flourishing renewables business. For the last 8 years, Gabriel has worked hard to promote green energy, both in the Southwest and beyond, through presentations, education and networking. You may recognise him from his numerous appearances on local news channels, or from the variety of green energy conferences and events that he attends.

John has an extensive range of experience in sustainable travel and a passion for delivering programmes which contribute to sustainable development and help organisations grow.

    Mark Hodgson

    Mark is partner at QSA Partner LLP, which specialize in delivering circular business commercial solutions to over 20 companies such as Panasonic, Samsung, Argos, and SMEs. This helps businesses grow income, having stronger customer relationships and be sustainable. He is also MD of Co-cars Ltd the hire by the hour car club for Exeter, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. This offers smart card and pin booking of low carbon and EV cars, for fleets, businesses and homeowners, saving them money and make life easier. &

    Rob is a Lloyds Bank Relationship Manager specialising in the Education sector and an accredited Business and Environmental Manager. In addition to promoting environmental awareness among his colleagues, as part of the Bank’s commitment to supporting UK businesses, Rob will engage, challenge and inspire businesses to embrace the sustainability agenda.
  • Sophie O\'Callaghan

    Sophie O'Callaghan

    Sophie joined the Centre for Business and Climate Solutions from a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Exeter University, where she specialised in innovative carbon reduction methods in manufacturing. She now works at CBCS to engage local businesses on climate change, carbon reduction and sustainability issues through workshops and one-to-one advice.
  • Viv Hignell

    Viv Hignell

    Viv worked for the Lloyds Banking Group as the senior business and environment manager in Devon & Cornwall, responsible for engaging businesses on the sustainability agenda, until his retirement in 2013. He is a director of the Devon Environmental Business Initiative and an alumni of Cambridge University’s Climate Leadership Programme, as well as chairing the steering committee of Exeter’s Social Enterprise Network, ESSENCE. Viv is a member of ESBN because he believes economic success can only be delivered through actions that balance the needs of profit, people and planet.
