Exeter Chamber’s subgroup, Exeter Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) will be holding its next event on Thursday 2nd April at St James Park. This event will be a joint event with Essence, another subgroup of the Chamber.

Attendees can choose from six workshops to attend during the event. These workshops include Business planning by Francis Clark, Raising finance and crowd funding by Startpoint Finance, Sustainable business by ESBN and Lloyds banking, marketing by Optix, Networking by Lorimer Consulting and Employing people by Foot Anstey.

Delegates will also hear from one of Exeter's success stories, The Real Food Store, on how they made their enterprise successful and award winning whilst making a real difference to their local community. There will also be an update on Exeter's mission to gain 'social enterprise city' status and have time to network over refreshments with likeminded enterprises.

Chris Lorimer, Chair of ESBN said, “This event is essential for the plethora of Devon businesses that are growing with the twin aims of both making money and doing well.  With exceptional inputs from a wide range of experts, this is essential participation for social entrepreneurs and businesses who are looking to gear up for growth.”
